Champions Gallery 2004/2005 Season

 
The Greensboro Mite Stars won the Silver Medal at the 2005 North Carolina State Games
The Bantam IHL team defeated Winston-Salem on Sunday 4 to 3 to win the cup in Roanoke. Congrats to the players, head coach Rick Lyon, and assistant coach Nick Boukas

The IHL Pee Wee Team 1 finished the season in first place with an undefeated season.  They won the IHL end-of-year tournament in Winston against Greensboro 2 on March 21, 2005. Congratulations to Team 1 and Team 2 for a great season. 

Pee Wee 1: IHL Champions

The Midget House team won the IHL end-of-year tournament in Hillsborough against Winston-Salem I on March 13, 2005. Thanks to the head coach Linton Summers and assistant coach Greg Blair for building the team up to this skill level!

Mite Rec House Select finished first in their league with a season record 10-0-1. They also won the Presidents Day Tournament in February and the St. Patty's Day Tournament in March.
The Squirt Rec Travel team won the Freedom Cup at the  Presidents Day Tournament in Cheseapeke, VA, Feb. 18-20, 2005. The team also finished up the season with a season record of 18-0-2. Squirt Rec Travel wins Freedom Cup
The Peewees (coached by Dave Sunda) finished first in CHL Peewee Tier 2 Division with a season record of 20-0-0 (40 points).  
The Midgets (coached by Paul Strand) finished first in the CHL Midget (18U) division with a season record of 13-1-1 (27 points)  
The Bantams (coached by Butch Lamb) won the Bantam Tier II division title with a season record of 11-3-3 (25 points).
Squirt Rec Travel finished 2nd in the Squirt AA Tournament at the Crabtown Tournament in Annapolis, MD, Dec. 27-29, 2004.

Midget Majors with the help of Midget Minors Lundeen, Wentz and Mars won all games and the championship game at the Reston Tournament, Dec 29-30, 2004

Squirt Allstar came in 2nd place in Columbia SC at the IRMO Innovational. Plus they won the Oaks, PA tournament at Thanksgiving with a 5 and 0 record plus they won the relay race with a time of 1:03.
